Through our industry-leading agreement with McKesson, APCI offers deeply discounted pricing on prescription drugs, OTC items, and front-end merchandise. Claims Management
APCI Choice Clinical and Claims Management is an industry-leading value-added service that helps members protect revenue, resolve payment issues, and better understand the claims activity affecting their pharmacy.
Through APCI Choice, members receive support with claims reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, appeal assistance, and reimbursement review. The program helps pharmacies identify potential underpayments, pursue recoveries when appropriate, and reduce the administrative burden of managing complex third-party claims.

APCI Association
Health Plan
Health benefits are a top priority for employees and a key competitive advantage for employers. APCI members can now offer affordable, flexible coverage through the APCI Association Health Plan:
- Medical coverage provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield

Cash Flow
Accelerator
The Cash Flow Accelerator (CFA) helps pharmacies improve liquidity by providing a weekly advance on earned rebates. Effective May 8, 2025, the CFA advance rate increased to 30 percent. Eligible pharmacies must demonstrate six months of consistent rebate activity.
